Dr. Michael Nazareth

MD/Phd/FAAD, Board Certified Dermatologist

Michael Nazareth is the president of Western New York Dermatology and a board certified dermatologist. He was born and raised in Buffalo and attended St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute for High School. He earned a BS in biology at Canisius College and then went on to the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, where he earned his MD and PhD degrees. He then completed a dermatology residency at SUNY Buffalo, during which time he trained at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, Buffalo General Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital. He was chief resident in the final year of his residency training. Dr. Nazareth is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Medical Association and the Medical Society of the State of New York. Dr. Nazareth looks forward to working closely with patients of all ages to meet their complete dermatologic needs by offering a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatments.

Kelly Manganello

RPA-C

Kelly is a nationally certified and registered physician assistant. She grew up locally in Lancaster, New York where she attended Daemen College after graduating from high school. There she earned her degree, with a master’s in physician assistant studies and a bachelor’s in health science, graduating summa cum laude in 2008. Upon finishing school, she began working in the field of dermatology, where she not only gained clinical experience in general and cosmetic dermatology but also underwent training in surgical techniques, cosmetic procedures and laser treatments. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and two children.

Peter McKenna

RPA-C

Peter McKenna (PA-C) is a graduate of Touro College’s physician assistant program where he received his BS/MS in 2011. He has since practiced in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. He joined WNY Dermatology in January of 2016. He is passionate about skin cancer screening and educating patients on all aspects of skin health. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Christine and daughter Claire. He looks forward to helping care for you and your family.

Kaity Molenda

RPA-C

Kaity is a graduate of Daemen College where she received her master’s in physician assistant studies and a bachelor of science in natural science-health sciences. She is a registered and nationally certified physician assistant. Kaity joined Western New York Dermatology in 2019 and is excited to be a new addition to the team. She is passionate about educating and treating all age groups about skin health, with the latest treatments and techniques. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and fitness.

Carrie L. Trabucco, Pathology Coordinator

Carrie is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies and a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is a nationally certified and registered PA. Carrie entered into the dermatology field upon graduating in 2012. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Joining Western New York Dermatology in 2016, she adds years of experience treating both children and adults, focusing on patient education. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kyle Horton-Maser

FNP-BC

Kyle is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she completed both her bachelor of science in nursing and her master of science degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP). Kyle began her career in dermatology in 2012, working with Dr. Nazareth as his registered nurse while she was completing her master’s program. As a family nurse practitioner, she is trained in the care of all age groups, from infancy to geriatrics. Her goal as an FNP is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to all of her patients, with a focus on patient education.

Courtney Wolf

FNP-BC

Courtney is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she earned her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP). She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from the University at Buffalo in 2012 and has years of experience with both the pediatric and adult populations. Courtney joined Western New York Dermatology in 2022 and has previous experience in both Cardiology and Pediatrics. She is passionate about treating and educating patients of all ages about skin health. When she is not in the office, she enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica Pfeifer

FNP-BC

Jessica Pfeifer is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she earned her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP). Jessica earned her undergraduate nursing degree in 2007 and has years of experience in working with both pediatrics and adults. She has worked in pediatric hematology/oncology, dialysis, and critical care. She completed her master’s degree in 2020 and joined Western New York Dermatology in 2021. She is passionate about preventative screening for skin cancer and patient education. When she’s not in the office she enjoys fitness and food, and most importantly, spending time with her husband, 2 children and dog.

Jessica Mancuso

FNP-BC

Jessica is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she completed her master of science degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in 2017. She has since practiced in Neurology and Urgent Care. Jessica also has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine. She joined WNY Dermatology in 2021. As a family nurse practitioner, she is trained in the care of all age groups, from infancy to geriatrics. She is passionate about providing high quality care to all patients, skin cancer screening, and patient education.

Pamela Tarapacki

AGPCNP-BC, DNP

Pamela is a graduate of the University at Buffalo where she completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice to become a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). She is an active member of the Nurse Practitioner’s Association of NYS. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Pamela worked at Sisters of Charity Hospital as a Float RN. As she was obtaining her Doctorate, she also worked as a Graduate Assistant where she would educate and evaluate undergraduate nursing students. Pamela has experience performing research to promote skin cancer screening and patient education. Pamela joined WNY Dermatology in 2023 and has a passion to provide high quality, evidence-based care for all her patients. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants and spending time with her Goldendoodle named Olivia.

Marina Adams

FNP-C

Marina is a graduate from the University of Rochester where she earned her Master’s degree to become a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2022. She has experience working in urgent care as a nurse practitioner and as a registered nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital. Marina recently joined WNY Dermatology and is passionate about seeing patients of all ages and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. Outside of work, Marina enjoys yoga, the Buffalo Bills, spending time with her husband and dog, and visiting her family in the finger lakes.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University at Buffalo. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, he brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care. His career began as a healthcare specialist in the United States Army, and he later served as a registered nurse at the Veteran’s Hospital in Western New York. Brandon is deeply committed to delivering patient-centered care and empowering individuals to make informed healthcare decisions. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys quality time with his wife and stepdaughter and finds relaxation in playing the guitar.

Hi, I’m Amber. I was an LPN for almost six years and graduated with my RN this past May. I love working in dermatology. I have been in this field for many years, and I’ve learned so much. When I have free time, I love being outdoors and camping with my husband, daughters, and three dogs.

Kaitlin Groeger, LPN

Hello! My name is Kaitlin and I have worked in dermatology since 2015 and have also worked in the step-down ICU at ECMC. I am who most people talk to when they call our office and speak with nursing. Dermatology is a passion of mine. I enjoy helping our patient’s with any questions or concerns that they may have in regards to their care in our office. I want each patient to feel valued and know that their concerns are being cared for. When I’m not at work I spend my free time on Rushford Lake with my fiancé and three dogs. I’m also involved in volunteering with local dog rescues. I look forward to connecting with you!

Christina Ziemba, RN

Christina earned her registered nursing degree from Trocaire College in 2016. She began her career at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, working on a med-surg/step-down unit, where she honed her clinical skills. After several years, she transitioned to travel nursing, spending three years at Strong Memorial Hospital. Dermatology has always been a passion for Christina, and she is excited to bring her experience to the Western New York Dermatology team. Outside of work, Christina enjoys reading, working on her small business, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
